St. Patrick's Inspired Tablescape

St. Patrick's Inspired Tablescape

Happy Saturday all!

We continue our month of March and Women’s History Month!
I hope it is going wonderfully for all.

Today we wanted to share a tablescape that is inspired by St. Patrick color, green and gold!
We wanted to give it a little twist and modernize it a bit.
So mint green, specifically green glassware, and spots of gold!

Most of the pieces used in today’s table are thrifted!
You will also notice that I didn’t set any silverware for our table…
Hehe.
So I ordered some really cool and affordable gold silverware and it did not get here on time! But be on the lookout because I will share them with you guys!

So please excuse my silverware-less table.

I also would like to point out that it is a two piece table setting.
Tyler and I have the world’s smallest table because our family is of two (and a furry child that does not eat on the table haha!), and so we apologize for showing you yet another two piece table setting.
If anyone reading this has a large table and they wouldn’t mind me decorating it and photographing it, shoot me a text/message and we will make it happen!

So here is a list of all the items used:

  • Large linen tablecloth: it’s not an actual tablecloth, we found this large piece of linen at Saver’s and made a tablecloth from it!

  • Large piece of silky material (draped throughout the table) - Hobby Lobby

  • 2 white napkins - Target

  • 2 square dinner plates - Savers

  • 2 small square salad plates - Savers

  • 2 gold rimmed wine glasses - Savers

  • 3 gold DIY candle holder: check out our DIY here!

  • 2 green glass candle holders - D.I.

  • 1 large green glass vase - Savers

  • 2 hand painted pieces of wood - wood and stain from Lowe’s

  • 3 other green glassware: a goblet, a dessert dish, and a butter dish

  • 2 white and gold candles - Dollar Store

  • 3 large pink and orange candles - Savers

We spray painted the ends of two clothespins gold for our name cards.
And we just ripped some ivory cardstock and wrote our names on them!

This tablescape is really simple, fun, and has some great pops of colors!
We wanted to put a little twist to St. Patrick’s colors and also added some fun candles for a unique look!

What will your table look like this month?
How will you decorate?
Let us know, we love hearing about you inspiration!
