Gold Candlesticks
Happy March 1st you guys!
Happy Women’s History Month as well!
I have been waiting for this great month! Stay tuned on our Instagram to see some really great projects coming up! Let us honor all the brave women who have walked this Earth and let us continue to change our world!
Today we want to share our gold candle holders!
This is such a great thrift find! … if you can find them!
Whenever Tyler and I find any gold trinket thrifting; we will buy it!
Gold adds an amazing pop of color and glitz to any room.
If you can’t find any gold candle holders, you can also make your own for SUPER CHEAP.
Today, we found two sets of candle holders that we spray painted gold.
2 glass candle holders (Saver’s) $0.99/each
2 wooden candle holders (Hobby Lobby) $1.99/each
We love the way the wood candle holders retain the gold paint. It is both rustic, textured, and beautiful!
The glass, on the other hand, looks so smooth, shiny, and classic!
Either option looks amazing and will add such a special touch to a room or tablescape.
So head over to your nearest thrift store and buy all of their glass candle holders and spray paint them! Imagine a bunch of candle holders painted rose gold!!! (Insert the heart eye emoji here!)
If you try this project, take pictures and share them with us @thewandryway!
Happy Thrifting!
