Snowy Date - Cuddle Kit
Happy Friday folks!
Friday Night is one of mine and Ty’s favorite nights!
It is usually the first night all week when we have a little time to be together and to do whatever we want!
We love planning activities and finding new places to eat dinner; it is our time to reconnect in a romantic way and I absolutely love it!
During these winter months, sometimes finding activities to do seems hard, especially since the sun goes down so early.
So on these colder months when me and Ty can’t go out on our normal weekend camping trips we love coming up with fun activities that are affordable, enjoyable, and allow us to reconnect.
For Friday Date Night this week, me and Ty decided to put together a super easy and fun date!
This is for those who are dating, engaged, or married to a loved one who want to add a fun twist to the classic “Movie Night” date. And just because we love you and want you to impress your boo, we have done as much of the work as possible so that all you have to do is prep for your date and have an amazing night!
AND as if that wasn’t enough, we have created some printable tags so that you can add even more pizazz and impress your love even more!
So here we go! Let’s make your Snowy Date Night amazing with our one of a kind Cuddle Kit!
- First thing you want to do is download our Cuddle Kit Tags PDF and print out the two pages. You can print them out on normal paper or cardstock. Cut them out.
- Using the Cuddle Kit Instructions, read over the items that you will need (A blanket or soft pillow (or both!), a little of the bubbly, his/her favorite candy, a movie that you know your boo will love, candles). Remember that you will not need to buy everything, some of the items you might have at home, such as blankets and pillows, movie/Netflix, and maybe even some candles! But if you do not have the other food items, head over to The Dollar Store!
- Finally, make sure that you clean up! If you are surprising your wife with a night in, make sure you clean up the family room and make arrangements with a babysitter. And for those of you who live in a student apartment, MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAN! If your apartment looks anything like my sweet Ty’s used to (every time I walked in I heard Frank Ocean’s song in my head, “A tornado flew around my room before you came…”), your boyfriend/girlfriend will not be impressed. After cleaning up you can light some candles and sprawl your blankets and pillows on the ground.
