Three Breakfast Ideas - Sweet
Happy Monday all!
Today we bring you three breakfast ideas for those with a sweet tooth!
We are also using the same ingredients, so no more throwing away fruit because it's gone bad in the fridge!
These are also great for a post workout meal, a snack, or a healthy alternative!

Delicious Berry Oatmeal
What you will need:
- dry oats
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- chia seeds
- almond milk
- honey
- coconut
- almond butter
- granola
1. Prepare your oatmeal according to the directions.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp of almond milk and a handful of frozen blueberries and raspberries. Mix together over heat until fruit softens.
3. Add strawberries, blueberries, coconut, almond butter, chia seeds, granola, and any other delicious ingredients you may have lying around!
4. Enjoy!
Berry Rice Cake
What you will need:
- 1 rice cake
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- chia seeds
- honey
- coconut
- almond butter
- almonds
1. Spread almond butter to your rice cake. Peanut butter is also a great alternative if you do not have almond butter.
2. Add fruit, chia seeds, honey, coconut, and almonds.
3. Enjoy!
Berry Smoothie
What you will need:
- kale
- strawberries
- 1 banana
- blueberries
- raspberries
- chia seeds
- almonds
- dry oats
- almond milk
- honey
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, making sure that the liquid is near the blades.
2. Blend and serve! I like to top off my smoothies with a little granola!
3. Quick Tip: I like to freeze my berries and bananas to make the smoothie nice and cold and refreshing!
